Netflix picked up an animated reboot, with NBA star STEPH CURRY and “Family Guy” creator SETH MACFARLANE among the producers.

The original series ran for six seasons on CBS, from 1974-1979.  It centered on the Evans family, who lived in a public housing project in a poor, Black neighborhood in inner-city Chicago.  A young JANET JACKSON joined the cast in the fifth season.

There’s no word if any of the original cast will have voice roles.
